SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Shipping cost
Standard shipping is 6 USD on every order. The applicable rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed over the weekend are processed the following business day.

Delivery time
Your FineKept Wash System ships from our international fulfillment partner. Delivery typically takes 7 to 14 days after processing. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may take a few additional days.

Order tracking
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with a tracking number once it ships. Tracking updates may take 3 to 5 business days to appear after the shipping email is sent, as the package moves through the international network.

Address changes
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us at contact@finekept.com as soon as possible. We can update the address as long as the order has not yet shipped.

Delayed, lost, or damaged packages
If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your package arrives damaged, email us at contact@finekept.com with your order number and we will make it right.
